FREE Live Music by Todd Ellis 6pm – 7:45pm | Founders’ Park | Todd is a classic country solo musician with over 35 years of experience in the music business performing in bands in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area prior to moving to Iowa 9 years ago. His musical experiences range from classic rock to oldies to now classic country hits with some new country mixed in. His music is enjoyed by both young and old. He’ll get your toes tapping, hands clapping and singing along!

FREE Live Music by the JayR Brink Band 8pm – 12am | Founders’ Park | This duo summer schedule is filling up fast and we are beyond excited to have them booked! They will have you out of your seat dancing and singing along to your favorite country songs, oldies and few in between.

IMPORTANT!! The Volga Truck Cruise will be coming through Elkader around 1:40 p.m. on Saturday. Because this time is so close to parade time, they will be routed from Hwy 56 to 2nd Street SW (which is the street behind the Catholic Church). There will be 100+ trucks, so please arrive early and plan accordingly! 

Sweet Corn Days Parade 2pm | Main St | 1:30pm Line up at the intersection of Davis St & N 1st St where volunteer firefighters will direct you | Registration not required | Regulations for Parade Entries

FREE Car, Truck, & Jeep Show & Shine 3pm – 6pm | S Main St | Can either pull in and park after the parade or be in the parade by lining up at the intersection of Davis St & N 1st St at 1:30 and then park on S Main St towards at the end of the parade route | Cards placed in dashboard with your car information can be found at the table next to FreedomBank parking lot adjacent to S Main St | No registration required *This is different from years past as there are no awards.

FREE Live Music by Beau Timmerman 3pm – 7pm | Founders’ Park |  This Clayton County native thrives on good vibes. He keeps the crowd energized and will have you tapping your boots and singing along to all your favorite country songs.
